Included with Pro, Pro+, and Elite. Advanced draws from your weekly allowance and has a separate five-hour limit. On Free, use purchased credits for Advanced.
Each product retains its own models. Purchased usage is charged at configured model cost plus 20%; only usage not covered by included allowance receives that addition.

Do I need two subscriptions?
No. One individual subscription covers NeuralAgent and Aura, with a shared included allowance and purchased-credit balance. Use the same account in both products. Enterprise organization contracts and legacy Business plans remain separate.
How do the allowance windows work?
All plans have a shared weekly allowance. The weekly window starts with your first included usage and recurs every seven days. Free and Pro also have an overall five-hour window. Paid plans have a separate five-hour Advanced limit. Five-hour windows start with the first applicable included usage after the previous window expires. Unused allowance does not roll over. Check your usage percentage and reset time in the app.
What is Core? What is Advanced?
NeuralAgent Core and Aura Normal follow Core allowance rules. NeuralAgent Advanced and Aura Maximum Intelligence follow Advanced allowance rules. Both draw from the same weekly allowance. Advanced also has its own five-hour limit. Free does not include Advanced usage; purchased credits enable it.
Do both products use the same models?
No. Each product keeps its own models. Allowance consumption depends on the actual configured cost of the model used, including applicable cache, processing-tier, and modality rates. The same task can consume different amounts with different models. We do not promise a fixed number of tasks or tokens.
Can I buy credits without subscribing?
Yes. Purchased credits are available without a paid subscription and share one balance across both products. Open billing in your signed-in app to purchase credits. Included usage is counted at configured model cost; purchased usage adds 20%. If a request crosses your included allowance boundary, only the uncovered portion receives that addition.
Do credits or allowances expire?
Included allowance does not roll over. New purchased credits do not expire. Existing purchased Aura credits keep their original expiry when transferred. Existing Aura trial and promotional credits remain Aura-only and retain their original terms and expiry.
Where do I subscribe or manage my plan?
Open NeuralAgent or Aura and sign in, then open billing to select or manage your plan. Checkout shows the applicable price before purchase. Existing payment confirmation and account flows remain in the product.
Are enterprise contracts included?
No. NeuralAgent enterprise pricing, managed organization capacity, and sales agreements are separate from these shared individual plans. Contact the appropriate product team to discuss NeuralAgent or Aura for your organization.
